Spring Hanging Baskets Fundraiser

Voucher Program

As an alternative to our original hanging basket fundraiser where people order a specific basket, we are now offering a voucher program. Your fundraising group sells vouchers for 12” Hanging Baskets which can be redeemed at our Fairview location.  

We offer 4 different types of 12” basket options:

The baskets are grown at our greenhouses here at Dunvegan Gardens.  We grow numerous varieties and combinations of plants in 12” diameter  baskets.

1.  Hanging flowering baskets

2. Strawberry baskets

3. Tomato baskets

4. Herb baskets

There are several added benefits to the Hanging Basket Voucher fundraising program:

1.   The person participating in your fundraiser can select their own basket(s) from our large variety of 12” hanging baskets grown at our garden centre. 

2.   Your supporters (customers) are not limited to the varieties offered on a custom order sheet.

3.   You would not be responsible for delivering any baskets – you would simply be selling a voucher.

How it works:

In February and March your group members take orders for vouchers and we then supply you with vouchers for the quantity that you have sold.  The vouchers are numbered and we will record the vouchers that have gone to your fundraiser.  We ask that you treat the vouchers as cash – any lost vouchers will be your responsibility.  

The Voucher can be redeemed by your supporters (customers) for one 12” hanging basket at Dunvegan Gardens between May 1st and June 15th.

Sales Period and Deadline:

This program is an excellent fundraiser for February & March.  Vouchers should be sold to your supporters prior to March 31st  and your group’s total voucher order should be submitted to Dunvegan Gardens no later than April 7th.
